By accessing or using the Mortgage AI Toolkit (MAT) platform and related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Use of the platform
The MAT platform and products are provided for use by broker firms, networks, lenders and related professionals in connection with mortgage and related financial services. You must use the platform in accordance with applicable law, your regulatory obligations and our acceptable use policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-powered features complies with UK regulatory expectations and your own governance requirements.
Responsibilities for users and administrators
Account holders and administrators are responsible for managing user access, maintaining the security of credentials and ensuring that use of the platform by their organisation complies with these terms. You must not share access with unauthorised persons or use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Service availability and limitations
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Our liability is limited as set out in our commercial agreements and applicable law. The platform is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will meet every specific requirement or be error-free.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and contact us to discuss your account.
