How we handle your data

Data processor role. In most cases we act as a data processor, handling information on behalf of regulated firms who remain the data controller for their clients.
Purpose limitation. We only process data for clearly defined purposes—such as providing platform functionality, improving reliability and meeting security and compliance obligations.
Access control. Access to production systems is restricted to a small number of authorised team members, with multi‑factor authentication and audited activity.
Retention and deletion. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Customer administrators can request export or deletion of data in line with our agreements.
